The Class
First Half: The LEGWORK workout: 35 minute, non aerobic, strength building, toning and sculpting workout designed specifically for sexy high heel wearing, high heel fitness and high heel health. LEGWORK targets, strengthens and tones the core (stomach & back muscles), legs: thighs, calves, ankles and feet. Bring your sexiest workout outfit!
Second Half: 35 minute high heel walking, posture and poise workshop. Personal high heel training and instruction to increase comfort, confidence, grace and sexiness in heels. Bring your own heels!
LEGWORK is the first workout designed to teach the advanced high heel fitness and training routines of professional Broadway dancers. Learn how to walk in high heels with grace and confidence Empower yourself with a sexy stride and strut in your highest stilettos!
