All the Right Moves by Ellen Miller
“There's no such thing as shoes that are too high," says Christian Louboutin.

Now that everyone and your mother has taken pole-dancing classes (seriously- you should ask her), exercise gurus are getting even more creative. Legwork in New York City has just started a High Heel Fitness Class that draws upon Pilates, yoga, and dance to strengthen the muscles needed to strut around in four-inch spikes. The class also includes lessons in walking like a supermodel. Sheila Kelly's SFactor, with locations in New York City, California, Chicago and Houston, offers lap-dancing classes in which women bump and grind on a chair. And in Chicago, TantraNova, a sexual well-being center, runs yoga sessions focused on strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle with the goal of improving your orgasms. Melanie Lynn, an instructor at Legwork, contends that the greatest benefit to these sexy classes is confidence. "Even the really timid turn into sex kittens by the end of the hour."
